The Holiday Inn will once again host the banquet. They are very happy to have the Cowboys and Cowgirls here.

The banquet will be held in the ballroom, with plenty of space for moving around. The social hour will start a 6:00 and dinner will be served at 7:30. There will be a cash bar. No brown bagging or coolers, please.

 

The costume contest will be held in the Atrium area, right outside of the ballroom. The Photographer will have an area set up to make portraits, so wear your finest.

On Thursday evening we will have a hospitality room set up for registration and socializing from 7:00 until 10:00, just ask the front desk which room we will be using.

Since the banquet will be held at the host hotel we will no longer offer the Trolley service.
